 SeaHold® LLC began as a vision in the early 1990s.  Managing Partner, Tom Hintz, saw the necessity for strategic business development services. Tom’s work in the aerospace/ and defense industries, along with consumer marketing experience, provided a solid foundation in business development. These opportunities lead Tom to various startup ventures in these and other burgeoning industries. With this background, Tom developed solid foundations with “all the parts and pieces” required for going public or for a profitable sale.

SeaHold® LLC believes that building your product and or providing you service is the core of what our consulting is about. SeaHold® LLC understands how to improve competitiveness in the commercial market or create value in policy development. SeaHold® LLC’s team continues to create advantages for our clients and stakeholders. We seek innovative products that are often crossing over industries and market verticals, using an extensive network and relationships. These relationships have been built over the years helping many others solve their challenges!!  

We have seen that global climate change has come to the forefront of many industries, ours included. The technologies and services for the rapidly expanding organic fuel and energy markets are endless. Since the year 2001, SeaHoldSeaHold® LLC   and our team have become trusted experts with local, state, regional, and national renewable energy regulators.  This expertise has allowed us to participate with the progressive state agencies and government regulators, to spearhead and participate in many “firsts” in bioenergy and organics to fuel efforts. SeaHold® LLC has participated in the evolution of the” low carbon fuel standards” and “carbon recycling” by lending our expertise to these efforts.  

SeaHold® LLC has a philosophy to “crawl, walk, run” when approaching renewable energy (organic waste to fuel) projects. First, the “crawl” step, organize a feasibility study.  Then, “walk” through SeaHold® LLC’s recommended steps of testing an organic material for its composition or fuel-producing capability, and finally the “run” how to effectively address project. 

For the “Anaerobic Digestion” market, we offer biomethane potential (BMP) studies; that allow upward projections of fuel potential. Using our strategic relationships, SeaHold® LLC  will then connect our stakeholders with other organics, such as dairy manure, food waste from production or growers, and landfill and wastewater treatment plants. All these areas need diversion and offer opportunities for cooperative projects. 

Many states are implementing tightly regulated organics diversion efforts. SeaHold® LLC believes that there need to be more options that address the final disposition of these materials. By connecting stakeholders, this becomes a “win-win” for all involved.
